Scope:
• Purchasing Raw Material (with 3.1 certificate)
• Fabrication and Welding of Spools
• QA/QC (100%, RX on welds, hydrostatic examination)
• Coating (Sandblasting and painting)
• Transportation to Site (DDP/TURKEY)
Location: Kirikkale/Turkey
52″ fittings are difficult to source, we ordered the fittings from a manufacturer in the Far East.
YENA engineers prepared the ITP and followed the manufacturing of the fittings from plate procurement (with EN 10204 3.1 certificates) to heat treatment.
Final goods were delivered to a Refinery in Turkey.
