How does YENA work with the factories?

YENA has long term lease contracts with 11 factories.
YENA Welding engineers have full control on the procedures and the fabrications.

Does YENA have MOQ ( Minimum order quantity)?

No.
We are flexible with order sizes.
In 2019 we had contracts between 1000 € to 1,050,000 €.

How does YENA assure the quality and delivery term of an order?

For each project YENA assigns a project manager, and a QAE. ( quality assurance engineer)
The QAE works in the factory full time during the project.

Does the client supply ITP ( Inspection & Test Plan ) for each project?

YENA engineers can support our client to draft an ITP based on the project.
However final ITP should be approved by the client.

How many IWE ( welding engineers) works in YENA?

We have 2 full time IWE, 2 contracted IWE and there are 7 welding engineers working in the contracted factories.

Does YENA have design services?

Yes, we also can serve our clients with design services. (TEKLA, STATICA and ACAD.)

What is the minimum delivery term for expedited projects?

This varies on each project, as an example : Yena managed to engineer, produce and deliver the products within a 20 days delivery term for a very urgent project of a tank terminal in Amsterdam.
3 days – TEKLA layouts & fabrication drawings.
2 days – material procurement
8 days – Steel fabrication
2 days- Galvanizing
5 days- Truck delivery and Customs operations in Netherlands.
