With over 15 years of experience in the piping sector, YENA Engineering offers piping system solutions from design, engineering, prefabrication to transportation to the site in accordance with ASME and EN standards. We supply pipe spools made of carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel for the energy, oil & gas, and chemical industries.
All raw materials (pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, etc.) are procured according to EN 10204 3.1 certification. We can deliver spools with both EN 10204 3.1 and 3.2 certifications issued by authorized third-party inspection bodies. We perform manual, semi-automatic, and robotic welding methods such as MIG/MAG, GTAW, SAW, SMAW, and FCAW.
YENA also offers advanced modular piping solutions that provide many benefits to our customers, such as reducing costs, on-site work and risks, faster installation, lower welding costs, and quick assembly.
Benefits:
- Reduces manufacturing and material testing costs.
- Weather-independent manufacturing.
- Improved quality compared to on-site fabrication.
- Enhanced safety with better manufacturing conditions.
Quality Assurance and Occupational Safety
YENA’s quality assurance team ensures the high quality of products. Our experienced QA team performs dimensional checks, visual inspections, and other non-destructive tests on welds and raw materials according to standards. All welding processes are carried out according to approved procedures by certified welders. Documentation is prepared by our team and delivered to the customer.
We take health and safety policies during manufacturing very seriously, aiming to reduce workplace accidents to ZERO. All raw materials come with MSDS and material certificates.
Setup & Welding
Our experienced manufacturing and QA team reduces fabrication time while increasing efficiency and quality. With welders certified to international standards, we perform high-quality welding processes.
Heat Treatment
YENA Engineering can perform PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treatment) both in furnaces and by localized heating. We operate furnaces up to 1200°C for normalizing, tempering, and stress-relief heat treatments.
Raw Material Testing, Final Inspection, and Material Testing
All necessary tests can be performed in-house. We conduct chemical analyses, hardness, impact, and hydro tests as well as non-destructive testing. Visual inspection, radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant tests are performed on-site.
