We have completed the delivery of 8-ton parts for a project following the deadline set out by our client. The project involved S355 grade UNP 100 and 130x50x12 mm braces which are rarely found in stocks. As a solution, upon extended research we managed to locate these products in the stock of a German manufacturer. Accelerating the custom and transportation processes, we organized the products according to their arrival dates. By splitting the delivery in two parts we successfully delivered the products according to our client’s deadline. This process required us to conduct a separate shipment for the galvanized products, resulting an increase in our costs. Despite its costs we regard our client’s needs as the priority, which is our company policy.
Special Packaging Options
We are aware that construction industry requires quick production and installation. With this in mind, to facilitate the installation process for our client we packaged the products separately for each floor. Additionally, for the packaging of the coated products (painted and galvanized) we have special wooden boxes made, instead of the standard pallet.
Weekly Report
Through this entire process, we provided our client with weekly reports and kept them up to date with the state of the workflow. Following the completion of every project, we present a quality file to our clients before the products arrive to their site. The quality files involve material certificates, instrumentation control forms, the state and photographs of the shipment. By doing so we claim responsibility for every stage of our production from the factory to the site. Download a report example here:
