Quality Assurance (QA/QC)
At YENA we are committed to produce all parts through relevant QA/QC processes.
We achieve this through:
✔ Prepare & follow ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) reference to standard’s and specification’s requirements.
✔ Certified Inspections – Dimensional checks, visual control, and non-destructive testing (NDT) performed by EN ISO 9712-certified inspectors.
✔ Expert Welding – All welding executed through approved welding procedures, performed by EN ISO 9606-certified welders.
✔ Full Traceability – Every step (procurement → manufacturing → testing → shipment) is documented per EN 1090 requirements.
All required documentation reference to ITP in a Technical File, delivered with the Products.
